Football League Manager License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between you, the Purchaser, and Football League Manager.
Purchasing or downloading Football League Manager, constitutes your acceptance of the terms of this license.

Once purchased, you’ll receive a license key along with the source code and you will be able to install and use Football League Manager.

Note on charging your users: Both licenses permit you to charge your end users (members, players, teams, parents, clients) for memberships, registrations, tournament entries, training sessions, or any service delivered through the Website. The license fee paid to Football League Manager is one-time and unrelated to fees you collect from your users.

Standard License

Rights

  1. The Standard License grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Software you have purchased.
  2. You are licensed to use the Item to create one Website for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the Website can be distributed for Free.
  3. Create one Website for a client, transfer that Website to your client, charge them for your services. The license is then transferred to the client.
  4. You may modify the source code according to your requirements.

Restrictions

Any breach of the below mentioned clauses will result in terminating this Agreement, deactivating your license key and you must stop using and remove the software from your system or domain.
  1. You do not have the rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the file downloaded to any third party, modified or not.
  2. The Software may not be deployed as a multi-tenant platform where multiple unrelated organizations subscribe to use it (charging your own members or clients for services on a single Website is permitted).
  3. Install the Licensed Software without the use of the original product installer wizard and without providing valid License Key.
  4. You may not publish the source code in publicly accessible repositories or share it openly. Private/internal repositories (e.g., private GitHub, self-hosted GitLab, BitBucket private projects) for backup, version control, or deployment automation are permitted.
  5. Give the right to use your License Key to anyone else except you.
  6. Digitally transmit or make available the licensed software or its source code through local networks, intranets, extranets, FTP, online discussion boards, forums, list-serve, peer-to-peer networks or technologies, newsgroups, bulletin boards, or any other mode of shared communication system, or place the licensed software onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet; use the software in any way that violates this terms and conditions or any law; or authorize or assist any third party to do any of the things described in this section.

Extended License

Rights

  1. The Extended License grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Software across multiple client projects.
  2. You may install and deploy the Software for an unlimited number of clients, each on a separate domain. No additional license purchase is required per client.
  3. You may charge your clients for your development, configuration, or ongoing services. The client receives the right to use that specific installation only — they do not acquire any redistribution, resale, or sublicensing rights.
  4. You may modify the source code to suit the requirements of each individual project.

Restrictions

Any breach of the below mentioned clauses will result in terminating this Agreement, deactivating your license key and you must stop using and remove the software from your system or domain.
  1. Use the Software to create more than one unique Website. This license is a "single application" license and not a "multi-use" license.
  2. Install the Licensed Software without the use of the original product installer wizard and without providing valid License Key.

Miscellaneous

1. LICENSE GRANT - Standard License

Football League Manager grants you a license to use one copy of the version of this licensed software on any one domain for as many licenses as you purchase. "You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee. You may purchase the licensed software for personal or commercial use. You may modify and implement on an End Customer’s domain. You can modify the licensed software for a client, and you can transfer that single licensed software to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.

2. LICENSE GRANT - Extended License

Football League Manager grants you a license to install and deploy the Software for an unlimited number of clients, each on a separate domain, under a single license purchase. "You" means the company, entity or individual whose funds are used to pay the license fee. Each client receives the right to use their specific installation only and does not acquire any redistribution, resale, or sublicensing rights.

3. OWNERSHIP

Ownership of the Software remains with Football League Manager at all times. Purchase of any license grants a right to use only, not ownership of the Software or its source code.

4. MODIFICATIONS TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE

You agree and acknowledge that any alteration and modification to the Licensed Software (a) is made and used at your own risk, (b) are made in accordance with the limited purposes set forth in this Agreement.

5. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTY INFORMATION

Unless expressly provided otherwise in a separate agreement between you and Football League Manager, all information and software on and from this website are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to; the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Football League Manager assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information or software or other documents at, referenced by, or linked to this website. You assume the entire risk for the results and performance of the licensed software. Any references to corporations, their services and products, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS

Note that Licensed software could include technical or other inaccuracies or typographical errors. Football League Manager will undertake reasonable efforts to correct any reported errors in accordance with any terms and conditions of the support provided.

7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Free technical support is provided by Football League Manager for 6 months from the date of entering this License Agreement. However, we can not support you if you do custom changes to the code.

8. SOFTWARE UPDATES & UPGRADES

Update is a minor change made to the Licensed Software that improves certain features of the Licensed Software. Updates are available for a free download to anyone who has purchased a Standard or Extended license. Upgrade is a subsequent version (2.0, 3.0, etc.) of the Licensed Software identified as a new release and includes major changes to the Licensed Software and may contain new features or changes to the interface.

Once purchased, you will be able to receive any future updates or upgrades for free.

There is no need to update Licensed Software version one by one. This means that if the purchased version of the Licensed Software is 1.6, you can directly update to 1.9 or 2.1 etc. All instances of the prior version will continue to work.

9. REFUND POLICY

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • - you don't want it after you've downloaded it
  • - the item did not meet your expectations
  • - you simply change your mind
  • - you bought an item by mistake
  • - you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • - you ask for goodwill

10. GOVERNING LAW

You agree that this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws and courts of the Republic of Greece. The contracting parties agree that all disputes arising from and regarding the Agreement will be resolved by common efforts of the parties. In case that the common consent can be obtain, any claim or dispute You may have against Football League Manager must be resolved by a court located in the Republic of Greece. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this Agreement shall be construed without such provision and the balance of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. The failure by a party to exercise any right herein shall not operate as a waiver of such party's right to exercise such right or any other right in the future.
